All of the major companies recommend a 200 Hour Fork Service to be completed every 200 hours of riding or Annually, whichever comes first.

Our 200 Hour Fork Service Includes (Service Kit Parts are included in the price):

1. Thorough physical inspection of the exterior of the fork
2. Thorough cleaning of the exterior of the fork
3. Removal of the fork lower leg assembly
4. Removal of Dust Wipers, Foam Rings and Oil
5. Cleaning and inspection of lower leg assembly bushings and externals of upper stanchions
6. Installation of New Foam Rings and Dust Wipers along with New Sag O Ring
7. In Uppers, remove air/coil side top cap and inner slide assembly
8. In Uppers, remove damper side top cap, damper assembly and inner slide assembly,
9. In Uppers, replace air/coil side seals and valve core
10. In Upper, replace damper assembly seals/o-rings and oil
11. Reassembly of Lowers to Uppers (with new oil and crush washers)
12. Torque all bolts to manufacturers specifications
13. Test fork for damper function
14. Wipe down fork
