All of the major companies recommend a 200 Hour Shock Service to be completed every 200 hours of riding or Annually, whichever comes first.

Our 200 Hour Shock Service Includes (Service Kit Parts are included in the price):

1. Thorough physical inspection of the exterior of the shock
2. Thorough cleaning of the exterior of the shock
3. Removal of the air can assembly
4. Removal of Dust Wipers, O-Rings and Oil
5. Cleaning and inspection of air can assembly, bushings and externals of stanchion
6. Installation of New O-Rings and Dust Wipers along with New Sag O Ring
7. In Upper, remove damper assembly,
8. In Upper, replace damper assembly seals/o-rings, valve core and oil
9. Reassembly of shock
10. Torque all parts to manufacturers specifications
11. Test shock for damper function in shock dyno
12. Wipe down shock
