Well, the decision has been made and our new dyno is here!
After hours of research and debating with each other about which dyno to get, we chose the LabA7 Dyno Light. The Dyno Light is a mid range dyno from LabA7 made for Mountain bike, Motocross and Motorcycle. It share many of the same features as the larger units in the line like 25-150mm of stroke options, up to 2500mm/s of speed and 10,000N of force and Scotch-Yoke mechanics for accurate linear motion.
The Dyno Light took about 2 weeks to arrive from Lithuania. The suspense was killing us while we waiting for it to get here. We were like kids waiting for Santa on Christmas Eve! Once here, we wasted no time uncrating it and getting it setup. After a quick hour onboarding call with LabA7, we were up and running. It took us a total of about 15 seconds to grab a fork and try it out.
We have already started using it for quality control on our services and will be providing before and after readouts so you can see what service and tuning actually does for you as a rider.
